If you are a new customer, please contact the Help Desk:
Customers will need to apply for an ECExpress or HCP User Account. Depending on your location, please contact the appropriate Helpdesk below to apply.

If you are an existing customer, login to ECExpress or your Hyve Solutions Customer Portal to access the Service Request Portal.

For TD SYNNEX Customers

Once you are logged in, you can access the Service Request Portal from the eServices menu:

For Hyve Customers

Once you are logged in, you can access the Service Request Portal from the Service Desk icon:

If you are a new employees or need assistance, please contact the Help Desk:
